Attendance that supports follow-up
GHLC Attendance helps the team at Glory Hope Life Centre maintain member records, capture attendance and identify people who may need follow-up. It includes group management, reports and SMS campaigns with delivery reconciliation.
The work also includes the less visible parts of managing a directory: importing existing records, reviewing possible duplicates and retaining an audit trail when records are merged.
Designed for the people taking attendance
The application uses TanStack Start, Postgres, Drizzle and Better Auth, deployed on Cloudflare Workers. Role-based permissions control access to member records and administrative tools.
It installs on phones as a PWA. Attendance writes require a connection, so the interface makes connection loss explicit. Saved records remain on the server, and the app tells the user when new attendance cannot be recorded.
Service names, cadence and follow-up rules are editable in the application. The church can change how it organizes gatherings without requiring a code change for each adjustment.
